Malak Morgan Architect is the successor to Morgan Architecture, Inc. established in 1993 by Malak & Saad Morgan (1924-95). The partners were in active practice in Egypt from 1962 to 1970 where Malak's practice was in Residential architecture, and Saad was in fine art painting, product design, industrial and architectural design and in the US from 1980 to 1995 and subsequently with MMA from 1995 to date
From 1970 to 1980, our career continued in the US with working for reputable firms in New York City and New Jersey where we attained experience in design and implementation of all facets of Art, Industrial and Architectural Design
Through professional affiliations with other architectural firms and major corporations, we started a private small practice in Lawrenceville NJ in 1983 to 1993 (The Morgan Group) and in 1993 we incorporated under Morgan Architecture, Inc.. Our capabilities extended to building planning and design, interior design, graphics, construction administration and property condition assessment. Through affiliations with major architectural firms in the States of New York and New Jersey, we have been instrumental in the completion of projects in cultural, community, religious, housing and private residences building types. We also covered Property Condition Assessment of existing building for major Financial Institutions.
In 1995 Malak continued her practice with offices in Lawrenceville and Princeton, NJ, with commissions to include religious, residential, and commercial building types. MMA practice is broad in scope and varied in scale with expertise and responsibilities for a diverse range of architectural/engineering projects undertaken for both private and corporate organizations
MMA goal is to serve clients with professional rigor and creativity, while carefully controlling costs. For that purpose, we operate with a core staff, and form partnerships with other professionals and consulting firms to address individual projects. Our concern for good design is neither superficial nor limited to aesthetics. MMA seeks a well-balanced solution to all pertinent problems. Our approach emphasizes thorough research and systematic analysis for each project, all the while considering a project’s unique aesthetic, technical, and economic parameters
